Manner of implementation of the programmes

Institutes of ICAR/CSIR/ICFRE 5. State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) 6. Corporations, Co-operatives, Federation, reputed NGOs etc. Budget and achievements - X Plan B. Back-ended Credit linked subsidy programmes Under the programme 30% percent back-ended capital investment subsidy is provided by the Board by which the subsidy is linked up with 50% credit from the institutional finance. The remaining 20% margin money is to be contributed by the beneficiaries. The margin money is monetized in the form of labour, land cost, watch & ward etc.
